The Frugal Golfer is a project of Steve Outing, an enthusiastic (but frankly, mediocre) golfer who picked up the game when he was 13 years old. Steve is now retired from a career in journalism and digital-media innovation. The Frugal Golfer is one of his retirement projects – along with working to improve his golf game now that he has more free time.
